At Waycus, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please review the policy below to understand eligibility and timing.


Cancellation & Modification Policy

Within 24 Hours of Payment:

  • If you change your mind, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after successful payment.

  • We will process your request promptly and issue a full refund, if applicable.

  • To request changes, email us at support@waycus.com with your order number and details of your request.

After 24 Hours:

  • Your ability to cancel or modify will depend on the shipping status of your order.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we’ll do our best to assist and issue a refund if possible.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. However, you can initiate a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy for more information).
