Refund & Return Policy

REFUND, RETURN & CANCEL POLICY

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.


Returns

We accept returns for products that were shipped by us and contain defects due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

  • To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please contact our support team at support@waycus.com for return instructions.

  • The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds can take up to 5 business days.

  4. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@waycus.com.


Cancel Order

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase on the same day.

  • A management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to cancellations based on the total order value. For example, for PayPal transactions, the fee is 4.4% + $0.30 per order.

  • Full refunds are only applicable when switching orders. If you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the previous order and issue a 100% refund.
