Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Waycus! We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience and high-quality products. However, if something isn’t right, we offer flexible return, exchange, and refund policies to support you.


Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  2. Process:

    • Contact support@waycus.com within 30 days.

    • We will send a prepaid return label via email.

    • Pack the item securely and attach the label before returning.

  3. Processing Time:

    • Allow up to 3 business days after receiving the item to process the return.

    • Items that are worn, altered, or damaged not caused by us may not be eligible for refunds. We’ll reach out with alternate options.

  4. Return Shipping Fee:

    • Waycus covers all return shipping costs.

    • No restocking fees.

💡 Tip: Keep the invoice and packaging until you’re sure you want to keep the item.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variation, we offer easy exchanges:

  1. Conditions:

    • Exchanges allowed for the same item type, different size or color, and the product must be in new condition.

  2. Process:

    • Email us at support@waycus.com within 30 days.

    • Specify the item and new size/color.

    • We’ll send a prepaid return label with instructions.

    • Upon receipt, we will ship the new item with the same shipping cost as your original order.

  3. Availability:

    • If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

💡 Tip: Contact us for sizing or color advice before requesting an exchange.


Refunds

  1. Amount Refunded:

    • Full product price will be refunded. If you return the entire order, original shipping cost is also refunded.

  2. Process:

    • We’ll notify you by email once we inspect your return.

    • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

  3. Non-Refundable:

    • Items with signs of wear or damage not caused by us will not be refunded.

  4. Additional Note:

    • Refunds may take longer to appear on your bank statement depending on processing time.
