Tracking Information
After completing your order, our team will verify stock availability and prepare your package. This process typically takes 3-5 business days before the item is ready for shipping. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, feel free to contact our support team.
Orders with incorrect payment details or incomplete shipping addresses may experience delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
We fulfill orders from our warehouse in Zhejiang Province, China, using Yun Express for international shipments. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Shipping Fees & Promotions

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 is applied to all standard orders.

Some products may qualify for free shipping when purchasing multiple items. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Guaranteed Delivery & Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within 60 days from the shipping date, we will issue a full refund for the item.
For missing packages, contact us at support@waycus.com, and our team will investigate (typically resolved within 1-3 business days). If necessary, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Taxes
All listed prices are tax-free in US Dollars. However, depending on your country’s regulations, you might need to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not covered by Waycus. If your order is delayed due to customs processing, please reach out to your local customs office for further details.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Due to our rapid fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee address modifications after an order is placed.
If an order reaches the destination country but is:
